We recently worked with the Galli team to sell our house in the bay area and I can not say enough about how wonderful the entire team was, from Michael to his support staff. It began with Michael walking through our house and identifying things that we could do before listing that would increase the value of our property. Once we completed those things and the house was staged, we couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We ended up with 14 offers after the first open house and sold it for significantly above asking price, with Michael guiding us brilliantly through the entire process. It was an incredible experience and was solely due to the knowledge and experience of the Galli team! I loved them so much that they are now guiding our son in his search for a house, even though it's out of the his typical region. He has given my son great advice and put him in touch with one of the top realtors in the area he is looking to buy. We recently bought a new home with the Galli team and it was yet again an exceptional home-buying experience just like the previous time! These folks are extremely good at what they do and genuinely care about their clients! They strive very hard to find the best fit at the right price for their clients, with Michael often even advising us to pass on homes if he feels we could do better, which I really appreciate and value! Michael Galli and his team are the best. When our aunt passed away, we had the task of selling her home, a family home since the early 1960s. We interviewed a few realtors and were impressed with Michael--he listened to our concerns, made suggestions on the property, and made clear what he and his team could do for us. And then, everything they said they would do, they did! The team was in constant communication. They executed a clear marketing strategy, coordinated the improvements needed on the house, and even added a personal touch: a wonderful twilight party the night before the open house, where neighbors and friends could share food, drinks, laughs and memories. Then came the "hard part" - the negotiations and sale. But this wasn't hard at all. The Galli team vetted the offers, presented the offers to us in a clear and concise manner, and we ultimately sold the house at a much higher price than we had expected, closing in less than 30 days. Thanks, Michael and team. We couldn't have asked for better folks to work with during a difficult time.

We bought our first home with the Galli Team. We had a wonderful experience in finding the best home that fits our preferences and within budget. Michael is very knowledgeable and provided great insights each time we visited a home with him. Whenever we had questions, Michael would patiently break things down for us and answered all questions which made us feel much less overwhelmed throughout the process for a first time homebuyer. Michael quickly pointed out the positives and negatives about the homes, changes that may need to be done, estimates for upgrades, advised about resale value, school reviews, and more. Michael always heard our thoughts, and preferences, understood our comfort zone, and never rushed us into anything. They in fact multiple times pushed us away from homes that had strong negatives, assuring us that we can do better!

Frankly, we can't say enough nice things about Michael Galli (and his team). My husband and I recently bought our first house (in Sunnyvale) and his guidance made our way more confident throughout the process than we had any right to be. From our first meeting, Michael was a bit different than other agents. He spent time learning about our likes and dislikes and put in a ridiculous amount of effort and time to not just find a house, but a place that we loved and were excited to live in. He was willing to discuss the pros and cons of so many different houses/neighborhoods/future scenarios and brought up new ideas for us to consider as well, while never making us feel like we were wasting his time. He was able to rapidly point out areas of concern at open houses or in disclosures (even going so far as to bring a contractor along) while keeping our personal preferences at the front of our minds. When it came to making an offer, he's simply the best. His price estimates were consistently in the right range, and he helped us individually craft an offer that was accepted despite competing offers that might have been more attractive financially. Michael and his team moved incredibly fast, while not making us feel rushed in any way, and answered all our questions thoroughly along the way. Final note: we heard from so many other agents at open houses: "Oh, Michael's a great agent", to which we always replied, "Oh, we know!" If you want an agent for Los Altos, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale, and want someone with deep practical knowledge but also incredibly caring, thoughtful, and genuine, then look no further than Michael Galli.

The Galli team helped us buy our first home in March 2018 in Sunnyvale, CA. It's been a year almost and we continue to believe strongly that we were only able to buy this home with our wits about us because of the excellent service we received from the Galli team. They have excellent knowledge about the market, are very thorough, and are very well connected. We bought our home off the market and we only knew of it being available because of the Galli team's connections the fact that they're so well-connected helped us gain an edge with every offer we made. The entire team is super vested in getting you a home that you love. They are available to speak with you at any time (we never saw them take time off). One of the team members came to open houses with us even though they had a procedure done that required them to use support to get around for a couple of weeks which shows you their commitment! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable with the purchase you're offering to make and understand your concerns, no matter how remote they may be. As the other reviews mention, everyone on the team is very friendly my husband and I consider them our friends. We will no doubt go to them if we are fortunate enough to be able to buy another home in the future. We continue to hold them in the highest regard and continue to be thankful to them for helping us buy our first home. As first-time buyers, Michael and his team were incredibly helpful, available, and encouraging. We trusted his input and advice, and not once did we feel like he was pushing us into something we didn't want or weren't comfortable with. If anything, as other reviewers indicate, he will point out all possible negatives so that you can make a fully informed decision. But while he will point out all negatives upfront, once you say you like a house, he'll do everything he can to get it for you. He is easy to be with, encouraging, responsive, honest, and generous. His whole team is great to work with. Some people think a "team" approach means you won't primarily work with Michael, but that's not true. He will be your primary negotiator and contact person, but he has also a fantastic team that works with him, and each specializes in other areas like listings, contracts, etc. As we went to open houses, and worked with a bank lender, selling agents, and the title company of the house we bought, there were little details or things that Michael did, that impressed even other professionals who have seen it all. He has a great reputation, which is crucial in such a competitive market. He knows Mountain View and Sunnyvale extremely well, so if that's your area, he's your guy. We loved working with Michael and his team, and with his help, we bought a house we love after just three offers in three weeks.

Can't have enough words to appreciate the Galli team these guys are simply the best! They helped us find a new home in just 3 weeks. They have a full team and every one of them is there for you and helps you. For all the houses we considered, Michael made sure to personally visit them with us and gave us his expert opinions, and then spent hours and hours with us as we decided what to bid or even if we should bid! The most hardworking and efficient team I have seen! And they are there for you throughout the process helping you narrow down the list of houses to see, giving you a disclosure summary, pointing out things wrong with the home or improvement opportunities, finding the most updated info from sellers' agents, giving you contractor services, helping with financial questions during the closing, the list is very long! They have a super-efficient process we always had the support of a full team, with everyone's role very clear and all the guys stepping in whenever we needed them. Such wonderful professionalism and friendliness we had an amazing experience with each one of them. They are never pushy, they understand your needs and always think about what's best for You. Just go with them!

After nineteen years, we were naturally attached to our home and surrounding garden we wanted both to be honored and cared for into the future. Naturally, we were apprehensive of the process, transactional in nature, of working with a REALTOR to sell our home. Working with the Michael Galli team gave us time to move at a comfortable pace that felt respectful and open with encouragement and space to fully explore all of our options before moving ahead. We just completed a home purchase with Michael and his team, and we couldn't be happier. We contacted Michael after "dipping our toes in the market" at an open house and finding a property we were interested in. A friend had recommended him about a month prior. Michael returned our call almost immediately, on a Sunday, and arranged to meet us at the property the following day. He talked us through all the reasons to be skeptical about the property, clearly wanting to make sure that this was the right place for us before moving forward. After interviewing a few REALTORS, Michael and his team are top-ranked in the bay area. We chose them. We adore Michael's personality and give 100% stars to his professionality of work. The service we got from Michael is at the top level. Michael has been always so responsive each time when we need his advice and help. We are impressed by the breadth of his knowledge. He seems to know not only real estate but also hundreds of other things. He knows construction so well. When we were about to purchase a property, Michael bought a contractor (free of charge) to check the house. They spotted both the good and bad. They gave frank opinions. That's what we need. We are also impressed by all the recommendations from him. We got the best CPA, Home Insurance agent, acoustic expert for soundproofing, etc. In the end, we bought a beautiful dream house.

Our experience working with Galli was great. He and his team are very prompt in doing all the paperwork and fulfilling our requests for disclosures, comps, etc. The best thing about Michael was that his price estimates on the houses we bid on, were right there, we missed by a slight margin on a couple of occasions and mostly to cash offers, and then we decided not to do a counteroffer in another case. He is very prompt with emails and makes himself available to you all the time. We never felt rushed into making any decisions and he also asked us to pass on some properties rather than pushing us to buy something that we didn't like much. His idea was to get us a house that we loved rather than just buying a house. We ended up finding a deal with our close friends, but still have only positive things to say about Michael and his team.

Michael is amazing. He listened to what we wanted/needed in a house, and never pressured us to put in an offer on anything. His philosophy is actually to point out all the things that are negatives so that you know what you're buying and can make the right tradeoffs for you. And he will bring in contractors on his dime to estimate repair costs before you make an offer. He also made accurate pricing predictions, and his team is super on top of everything. We cannot recommend Michael and his team enough.
