After 18 years in real estate, I still wake up every morning excited for the day. For that, I feel grateful.

I thoroughly enjoy how creative real estate can be! I love doing landscape plans for homes we are preparing, finding just the right paint color combinations or flooring, coming up with creative solutions to optimize layouts, and working with photographers and stagers to get everything just right—and on and on!

The analytical aspect is intellectually satisfying, too. The ever-shifting market makes it tough to know how much to bid to win—without overpaying—or how to price a listing to get maximum turnout without overpricing it. This always keeps me on my toes!

Analyzing homes with buyers and hashing out the positives and negatives of each property is endlessly satisfying to me for some reason. I can literally do over ten such appointments in a day and then come home and watch House Hunters on TV! It’s a bit of an obsession, I think.

Above all, I love that I get to connect with people on a deep level while helping them with something that’s vitally important to them—and I feel honored every day to be a part of their journey.

The two things I’m most proud of when I look back on my career are the letters of appreciation that decorate the walls of my office and the joy I feel when I look at the amazing team I’ve assembled to work beside me.

I truly am one of the lucky ones—to do what I love, make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and work with an A+ team every day.
