Michael is amazing. He listened to what we wanted/needed in a house, and never pressured us to put in an offer on anything. His philosophy is actually to point out all the things that are negatives so that you know what you're buying and can make the right tradeoffs for you. And he will bring in contractors on his dime to estimate repair costs before you make an offer. He also made accurate pricing predictions, and his team is super on top of everything. We cannot recommend Michael and his team enough.

Our experience working with Galli was great. He and his team are very prompt in doing all the paperwork and fulfilling our requests for disclosures, comps, etc. The best thing about Michael was that his price estimates on the houses we bid on, were right there, we missed by a slight margin on a couple of occasions and mostly to cash offers, and then we decided not to do a counteroffer in another case. He is very prompt with emails and makes himself available to you all the time.
