Michael is very knowledgeable and provided great insights each time we visited a home with him. Whenever we had questions, Michael would patiently break things down for us and answered all questions which made us feel much less overwhelmed throughout the process for a first time homebuyer. Michael quickly pointed out the positives and negatives about the homes, changes that may need to be done, estimates for upgrades, advised about resale value, school reviews, and more. Michael always heard our thoughts, and preferences, understood our comfort zone, and never rushed us into anything.
